Enjoy fast & free shipping on all U.S. orders over $299! Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process and leave our facility due to a high volume of orders. Once your order leaves our facility it'll be at your doorstep within 3-7 business days. 

*NOTE: US customers will receive free shipping over $299 USD if their order is being fulfilled only from our facility in the US. Some items may ship from our facility in Dubai/Nairobi. For any items being shipped from Dubai/Nairobi the free shipping threshold is $399 USD.

International Shipping Options

Orders take 3-5 business days to process and leave our facility. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via DHL and FedEx for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

Additional duties and taxes may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance.

Rara Designs is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Rara Designs is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

Delays

We use the courier/shipping services which give us an approximate timeframe on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays, We cannot be held for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the courier/shipping service for you to receive your parcel on time.
