Shipping Questions
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working day, however on pre-ordered items, dispatch time can vary between 14-28 working days. Depending on where you are overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-14 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a suitable delivery method during checkout.
Providing we have not yet dispatched your order we can change the address for you. Please contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address.
Orders are sent by tracked delivery services. You will be provided with a tracking number/receipt once your order has been dispatched.
Product Questions
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any item under our hijab’s collection. Custom made orders are strictly non-refundable. Yes, you can return your items if you have met our requirements. Check our Return and exchange policies more information.
In order for us to process your return/exchange you will need to contact us within two week of receipt to be able to initiate a return.
Yes, we do custom-made but it depends on product. Get in touch with us on contact@shoprara.net with all your enquiries and we will try our best to accommodate within reason
We offer some products on our website as pre-order items. This allows you to order an item/s prior to the stock becoming available. Please note that shipping can take 2-5 weeks on Pre-ordered items.
We have some products are available on back-order that allows for restocking, however if your desired item is not available on back-order/pre-order contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

1. Choose the section (Abayas, Dresses, Hijabs ) and view the products you are interested in to see every detail, available sizes, description and price.
2. Select an item of clothing and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
3. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
4. Choose your delivery method.
5. Select a payment method: Debit/Credit, PayPal, Klarna.
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order.
Our products are only available online.
We don't offer Refunds, only Exchanges and Store Credit.
