Rara Return and Exchange Policy

At Rara, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes, you may need to make an exchange or receive store credit for your items. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy carefully.

     Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

    Initiate the Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please visit our online return portal at Return portal
Follow the instructions provided to submit your return or exchange request, including providing your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

     Exchange Options
You may exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
If the requested exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
If the requested exchange item is of lower value, you will receive store credit for the price difference.

     Store Credit
If you choose store credit, it will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card and will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
Store credit can be used for future purchases at Rara and does not expire.

     Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

      Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense, and you may choose to receive a replacement or store credit.

    Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.

  Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges and store credit are our primary means of resolving return requests.
